Livia Club - Order Cancellation Policy

3.1 INTRODUCTION

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines Livia Club customers' rights to cancel orders and the process for doing so. This policy applies to all orders placed on liviaclub.store and Shopify.

Key Principle: Customers may cancel orders before shipment; after shipment, standard return procedures apply.

3.2 PRE-SHIPMENT CANCELLATION

Cancellation Window:

  • Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of order placement (before shipment)

  • Cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of order confirmation time

  • Order status must show "Processing" (not "Shipped")

Cancellation Eligibility:

  • Order has not yet shipped (order status: "Processing" or "Pending")

  • Cancellation request submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation email

  • Custom/made-to-order orders may have limited cancellation (see Section 3.7)

Cancellation NOT Possible If:

  • Order has already shipped (check order status in account)

  • More than 24 hours has passed since order placement

  • Item is out of stock (order already cancelled)

  • Made-to-order item production has commenced

3.3 HOW TO CANCEL PRE-SHIPMENT

Cancellation Process:

Step 1: Check Order Status

  • Log into Livia Club account at liviaclub.store

  • Navigate to "Orders" or "My Orders"

  • Locate order and check status

  • If status shows "Processing" or "Pending", cancellation may be possible

Step 2: Submit Cancellation Request

  • Email contact@liviaclub.store with:

    • Order number

    • Full name

    • Email address used for order

    • Request for cancellation

  • Subject line: "URGENT: Order Cancellation Request - [Order Number]"

Step 3: Confirmation

  • Livia Club responds within 2 hours (business hours) or next business day

  • If cancellation is approved, email confirmation is sent

  • If cancellation cannot be completed (order already shipped), customer is notified with reason

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Upon successful cancellation, full refund is issued

  • Refund is credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days

  • No cancellation fees charged

3.4 POST-SHIPMENT ORDERS

After Order Ships:

  • Once order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled

  • Order status will change to "Shipped" with tracking information

  • Customer must wait for delivery and follow return procedures (see Return Policy, Section 2)

  • Alternative: Customer may contact carrier to attempt to intercept package (rarely successful)

Carrier Interception:

  • If customer requests carrier interception, Livia Club will cooperate

  • Success rate is low; most intercepts are unsuccessful

  • If interception fails, order proceeds to delivery and return procedures apply

3.5 CANCELLATION REFUND METHOD

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

Full Refund Includes:

  • Product cost

  • Shipping cost (full refund, even if prepaid)

  • Sales tax (full refund)

  • Any discounts or coupons applied are refunded

Refund Does NOT Include:

  • Bank fees (if bank charges for incoming refund, customer's responsibility)

  • Processing fees are not charged by Livia Club

3.6 CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION

Order Cancellation Confirmation Email:
Upon successful cancellation, customer receives email containing:

  • Original order number

  • Cancellation date and time

  • Refund amount

  • Estimated refund date

  • Reference number for dispute resolution (if needed)

3.7 CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Custom Order Cancellation:

Before Production Starts (Within 24 Hours):

  • Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement

  • Full refund issued including customization fees

  • No production has commenced

After Production Starts (After 24 Hours):

  • If production has commenced, cancellation is NOT possible

  • Customer must accept custom item as completed

  • No refunds available once production begins

  • Custom orders are non-refundable after 24-hour window

Customization Verification:

  • Livia Club sends customization confirmation email within 24 hours of order

  • Email includes photos/mockup of custom design

  • Customer must review and confirm customization is correct

  • Failure to respond does not indicate approval; Livia Club will request confirmation

3.8 REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders:

  • Full shipping cost is refunded if order is cancelled before shipment

  • Example: Order $60 + Shipping $8 = $68 total. Cancellation = $68 full refund

  • If customer paid for expedited shipping and order is cancelled, expedited shipping cost is refunded

Non-Refundable Shipping:

  • Standard shipping is refundable for cancellations

  • Special handling or white-glove delivery (if offered in future) may have non-refundable components

3.9 NO CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellation Cost:

  • Livia Club does NOT charge cancellation fees

  • No penalty for cancelling orders

  • No administrative or processing fees

  • Full refund with no deductions

3.10 FORCED REFUNDS (OUT OF STOCK)

Automatic Cancellation for Out of Stock:
If item becomes out of stock after order placement:

  • Livia Club automatically cancels order

  • Email notification sent to customer

  • Full refund issued within 3 business days

  • Customer may request notification when item is back in stock

3.11 CHANGE OF MIND CANCELLATIONS

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Customers may cancel for any reason within 24 hours

  • No explanation required

  • Full refund issued

Reasons Customers Cancel:

  • Changed mind about purchase

  • Found item elsewhere at lower price

  • Decided not to make purchase after checkout

  • Regret impulse purchase

Livia Club Respects All Cancellations:

  • No questions asked

  • No judgment or criticism

  • Professional and courteous cancellation process

3.12 ORDER CANCELLATION FOR COMPLIANCE REASONS

Livia Club May Cancel Orders For:

  • Violation of Terms of Service

  • Fraudulent payment method

  • Restricted or prohibited items ordered

  • Customer information cannot be verified

  • Order flagged for suspicious activity

Customer Notification:

  • Livia Club will notify customer if cancelling for compliance reasons

  • Reason for cancellation provided (if legally permissible)

  • Full refund issued

  • Livia Club reserves right to ban customer from future purchases if needed

If customer disputes a cancellation decision:

  1. Email appeal with original order number and explanation

  2. Livia Club investigates and responds within 2 business days

  3. Decision is final after investigation

3.15 MODIFICATIONS TO CANCELLATION POLICY

Livia Club reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy with 30 days' notice to customers via email or website update.
