1.3 SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

1.4 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

1.5 SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Domestic Shipping (United States):

APO/FPO Military addresses are supported (via USPS).

U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam) may require extended delivery times (7-14 business days).

1.6 SHIPPING COSTS & HANDLING

1.9 TRACKING & PROOF OF DELIVERY

If a package shows as delivered but is not received, customers should contact the carrier first, then notify Livia Club.
1.10 LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

1.13 MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM ORDERS

Once produced, items will ship within 2-3 business days.

Production timeline is non-refundable if order has commenced.

Total timeline: 10-15 business days from order to delivery (excluding carrier time).

No changes to customization after order is confirmed.

1.14 HOLIDAY & SEASONAL SHIPPING

Orders placed after cutoff dates are not guaranteed delivery before holiday.
1.15 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

1.17 CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO POLICY
